» Guardians Visit

Guardians are allowed to meet the students only on the Visiting Days. The Visiting Days are listed in the Yearly Planner. No one, except those whose names are specified in the Visitor's List, is allowed to meet the students without the autorisation letter or the personal presence of the Guardian. Guardians can meet their ward(s) only in the Office or the Visitors room.

Besides visiting days, the Guardians are not allowed to meet their ward(s). The Guardians are not allowed to enter the Hostels.

» About Leave

Taking any student home any time, other than the vacations, is highly discouraged. However, in case of immense necessity, the guardians have to put an application at least 15 days before taking such leave, stating the cause and duration of such leave. Leave may or may not be granted at the sole discretion of the authority.

» Payment Refund

Payment once made will not be refunded under any condition. Only the Security Deposit is refundable after the Session is over. The amount is refunded only after making the necessary adjustments. Application for such refund is to be submitted at the end of the session. In case of mid-session withdrawn, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Documents to be Submitted during Admission

• Four(4) coloured Passport size photograph of the student.
• Form 'C' (To be completely filled)
• Form 'D' (To be filled only by Medical Practitioner)
• Two (2) coloured Passport / Stamp size photograph of each of the persons whose name s are mentioned in the Visitors' List.
