The Organisation provides separate Hostel facilities for both the boys and girls. The Hostels are well furnished to offer required comfort to the students. They are well ventilated and adequately lighted. The senior students guide the juniors and the matrons look after their personal hygiene of the students. The students, who are entrusted with the general upkeep of the dormitories, become self-sufficient and learn practical lessons in equality and dignity of labor. The senior students while looking after the discipline and various activities of the hostels acquire the quality of leadership and self-control. Various kinds of house competitions are held to foster amongst the students, the sense of responsibility, will power, fellow-feeling, habit of cleanliness, love for the flora and fauna and the spirit of services towards the fellowmen, Society, Nation and Mankind in general.

Presently there are five big Boy's hostel and two large Girl's hostel in the campus.They all are airy and properly lighted round the clock. Counseling by Teacher, regular Medical Check-up by reputed Doctors are conducted.

A clean and hygienic dinging hall provides a balanced and nutritious vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

• That only those Students who get admission in "Satyanarayan Academy", Ramkrishna Nagar (Shibarampur), Bankura will be admitted in the Hostels (if the Student gets a qualification mark in the Admission Test) subject to the availability of seats in the Hostel


• That Hostel Authority means President,Secretary, Chief Superintendent, Wardens, Residential Teachers and Directors of the Society


• That, the Guarantor as well as the Guardian will abide by all the rules and regulations framed from time to time by the Authority.


• That, the Guarantor will pay regularly and promptly all the fees and other expenses including the fines and costs incurred by the ward(s) if any.


• That, the Guarantor will make good, any loss or damage made by his/her Ward(s) to the School and Hostel property inside or outside the Hostel Campus.


• That, the placing of the students in different Divisions, Hostels, Houses etc. will be at the sole discretion of the Authority and no Guardian should interfere in the Internal Management of the Hostel.


• That, the Guardian will not hold the Authority responsible for any kind of mishaps (fatal or otherwise) of their ward(s) due to any medical or other problem.


• That, the institution will not be liable for any damage / charge or will not be responsible for any injuries (fatal or otherwise) of any student caused while taking part in any form of activity of the institution organised within or outside the campus.


• That the Guardians are strictly prohibited from providing the student with any kind of food from outside. Non-compliance of this will be considered as breach of conduct and for which strict action will be taken,


• That, the Guardians should send back their respective Ward(s) to the Hostel after Vacation within the specified Reporting Date positively, failing which the Student may be suspended from the Hostel besides monetary penal
  action.


• That the students will not be allowed to go home during the session from the Hostel. However, only in the following cases, they may be allowed at the discretion of the Authority.
  
  • Death of any Blood related relative.
  
  
  • Marriage of own Brother, Sister, Cousin, Uncle or Aunt.
  
  
  • Medical checkups.
  
  In cases of (b) and (c) proper evidence must be shown and an application must be put atleast 15days ahead of such occasion.


• That, the student, during his/her stay in the Hostel will comply with all the rules and regulations framed by the Authority on behalf of the Institution for the various activities at various places for any prescribed period.


• That, no student shall be found in possession of any Cash (Currency / Coins), Eatables procured from outside sources, any kinds of Arms, Intoxicants, Tobacco or its preparations or any other harmful forbidden materials. If found,the things will be confiscated and the student may be removed from the Hostel and School at the discretion of the Authority.


• That the Authority can at any time, in the interest of the Institution, remove any student from the Hostel, if the student has failed to comply with the disciplinary standard or the academic standard as fixed by the Authority from time to time for the interest of the Institution.


• That violation of any regulation or in-discipline or misbehavior or breach of conduct of any kind, from the part of the Student as well as the Guardian shall be punishable by removal of the student from the Hostel as well as the School.


• That if there is any dispute as to the effect or meaning or any way touching or arising out of these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator the President of Satyanarayan Academy,Baisakhi Bhavan, Machantola, Bankura, West Bengal - 722 101,whose decision shall be final, binding and conclusive.
