The school has well structured Admission Procedure which is as follow

Forms & Enrollment : The Enrollment Forms for Admission are available generally from the month of January. This form is to be submitted within the specified date for appearing in the Admission Test.

Admission Test : The Admission Test is held for all the classes. The date of the Test is notified on the School Notice Board. Admit Card, which is issued for the Test must be produced at the time of the Admission Test, failing of which will disallow the candidate from appearing in the test.

Selection : Selection of the student is made purely on the basis of the merit of the candidate. The School will publish the result in the School Notice Board. The School Authority holds the right to select or reject a candidate.

Registration : The selected students must take the admission by submitting the Registration Form and other relevant documents along with the necessary fees within the time specified by the school.

Minimum ages for Admission : K.G. - Above 4 years (+4), Class I – Above 5 years (+5) and so on.

Documents to be Submitted:

• 2(two) copies coloured Passport/Stamp size Photograph.
• Form 'B' - Admission Form (to be filled completely).
• Transfer Certificate in original.
• Proof of Date of Birth (Xerox with attestation).
• Character Certificate.

Fees and Charges
The fees are to be paid in accordance with the Fees Chart for the session. Fees may be altered at the beginning of any session with prior intimation to the guardians.

Payments Mode
All payments are to be made by Cash or Demand Draft in favour of "Satyanarayan Academy"on Axis Bank, S.B.I. or U.B.I. payable at Bankura.

Guardians can also make the payment through Core Banking in the following Accounts.

Note:-

• Receipts will be issued only after receiving the original deposit slip.
• Please mention the name and lD. No. of the student.at.the Back of the Deposit Slip.
• Cheques will not be accepted.
